4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
1 Box Oven Fry
1tbsp Red Pepper Flakes
1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
Garlic Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1 Egg
Dash of Milk
Mix the Oven Fry, Red Pepper Flakes, Garlic Salt and Parm Cheese together in a bowl or on a plate. Beat th egg and mix with a dash of milk season mixture with pepper in a seperate bowl. Dip Cleaned chicken in egg mixture and then bread. Place in a greased pan and bake at 375 for about 45minutes.
Serve with Mashed Potates and Gravy and Green Beans.
You can substitute Pork for the chicken if you like. This is one of Jimmy's favorite meals and if I ask him what he wants for dinner 9 times out of ten he will say Chicken and Taters. For the taters I use Yukon Gold and leave the skin on them. Mix with butter, milk and a little Parm cheese.
